TERMS & CONDITIONS (Because we have to)
Hidden Wood Glamping is an eco friendly glamping catering for families and couples only. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if we believe the booking is made for purposes outside of a family or couples break
we will also not tolerate any abusive or unlawful behaviour.
Booking and Payment Conditions
When making a booking a non-transferable/refundable deposit of 25% will be required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking is then due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. A balance reminder will be sent however, please do not rely on this to complete your booking. Please make sure payments are made on time to avoid any additional charges. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we do not receive the balance 14 days prior to arrival. No guest will receive any form of refund while on or after their stay unless there has been significant failing on our part.
For bookings with arrival dates within 14 days, full non-refundable, prepayment is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable or transferable.
Special Offers
Only one discount or special offer can be applied per booking. When bookings are made, we are unable to apply special offers retrospectively to an existing booking.
We reserve the right to withdraw special offers at any time.
Minimum Age
The minimum age of a lead booker is 18 years of age.
Amendments to your booking
If you need to make amendments to your booking, please contact us via email enquiries@hiddenwoodglamping.com with your request. Please be aware that we are unable to accept major changes including change of date or length of stay within 14 days prior to arrival unless agreed by the owners.
Cancellation of booking
If you have to cancel your booking, you can do so without additional charges as long as you cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival. Please be aware that your deposit will remain non-refundable. Should you cancel within 14 days of arrival, you will be charged in full for your stay.
Check in and out
Check in time is 3pm on the day of arrival /. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure
Keys are in a locked box on arrival and details of access codes will be sent prior to arrival.
The Pod
Pup tents, gazebos and any windbreaks are not permitted on the glamping site without prior agreement at the time of booking.
Occupancy
All prices are based on a maximum occupancy of 4 plus one dog. Occupancy must not exceed those agreed at the time of booking.
Facilities
All equipment and linen must remain in the Pod please.
Pets
One dog is allowed in the pod and charged at £20 per stay. This must be booked at the time of booking using the add on features available. Pet bedding, baskets etc must be provided by the owner. There is an outdoor dog kennel at Hidden Wood Glamping.
All fouling must be removed immediately and placed in an appropriate bag in the bins provided.
There are sheep in the neighbouring fields, please make sure your pet is not allowed off-lead outside of the Hidden Wood fence.
Please note: we reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by pets during your stay at the pod.
The sheep that are sometimes grazing in adjacent field are not the property of Hidden wood glamping. And we hold no responsibility for them.
Vehicles
Please bare in mind that access to Hidden Wood Glamping is via a grassy/stone private driveway.
The Glamping site is very private, off road and secure however, we are unable to accept liability for any loss or damage caused to your car during a stay at Hidden Wood Glamping.
General care
The Pod is NON SMOKING throughout.
BBQ trays are permitted in the BBQ rack provided. We do not allow wood burning bbq’s. We ask that you take care when using the fire pit, bbq trays and when using candles. Additionally, please use the hammocks safely and supervise children at all times. Hidden Wood is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings

We make every effort to make sure the information provided on our website and within the pod is up to date. This includes, offers and events in the local area. We can not be responsible for any inaccuracies or unavailability of third party activities.

We hope you enjoy your stay at Hidden Wood Glamping. You won’t see us unless you want to but you can contact us on email, via facebook or via the telephone number provided in your confirmation email. On confirmation of your booking, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
