Hidden Wood Glamping Terms and Conditions

          Booking and Payment Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation. No refunds will be provided unless there is a significant failure on our part.

  • Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full non-refundable payment at the time of booking.

  • Only one discount or special offer can be applied per booking and cannot be applied retrospectively. We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time.

  • The minimum age for the lead booker is 18.

    Amendments and Cancellations

  • To amend your booking, contact us at enquiries@hiddenwoodglamping.com. Major changes within 14 days of arrival are not accepted unless agreed by the owners.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.

    Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.

  • Keys are in a locked box, and access codes will be provided prior to arrival.

    Accommodation Guidelines

  • Pup tents, gazebos, and windbreaks are not permitted without prior agreement.

  • Maximum occupancy is 4 people plus one dog. Additional occupancy must be agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • All equipment and linen must remain in the pod.

    Pet Policy

  •  One dog is allowed per stay at a charge of £20. Pet bedding must be provided by the owner. There is an outdoor dog kennel available.

  • All fouling must be cleaned immediately. Pets must remain on-lead outside the fenced area.

  • Hidden Wood Glamping is not responsible for any damage caused by pets or the adjacent sheep/cows in neighboring fields.

    Vehicles

  • Designated parking is provided outside the paddocks. To ensure the preservation of the root systems of our veteran oak trees, vehicles are not permitted within the accommodation paddocks.

  • We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to vehicles.

    General Care

  • Non-smoking policy inside all units. BBQ trays are allowed in the BBQ rack/fire pit, but wood-burning BBQs are not permitted. Please use the fire pit, BBQ trays, and hammocks safely, and supervise children at all times.

  • Hidden Wood Glamping is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

    Information and Contact

  • We strive to provide accurate information on our website and supply information packs in all units, but we are not responsible for inaccuracies or the unavailability of third-party activities.

    Environmental Commitment

  • We run Hidden Wood Glamping sustainably, using solar panels for power, hot water, and heating. Please be mindful of energy usage. We use eco-friendly products where possible.
